Manufacturing & Glazing

Made and glazed,
under one roof.

Seven stages. One workshop. Every unit traceable from the survey tape to the final quality signature — because the frame and the glass are engineered as one system.

The Seven Stages

PAGE 01 / 02 · MANUFACTURING
  1. 01Stage 1 of 7

    Survey & consultation

We visit the site, measure every aperture and discuss the brief — thermal, acoustic, aesthetic, planning constraints.

  2. 02Stage 2 of 7

    CAD & specification

Every window is drawn to millimetre precision. Profile, colour, hardware, glazing unit — signed off before a single cut.

  3. 03Stage 3 of 7

    CNC cutting

Frame profiles are cut, routed and prepared on calibrated CNC machinery. Tolerances measured in fractions of a millimetre.

  4. 04Stage 4 of 7

    Frame welding & assembly

Corners fused, hardware fitted, gaskets seated. Each frame is checked against its drawing before glazing.

  5. 05Stage 5 of 7

    Sealed glazing units

Double or triple glazed units — argon-filled, low-E coated — bonded into the frame under controlled conditions.

  6. 06Stage 6 of 7

    Quality inspection

Every unit tested for square, sash operation, seal integrity and finish. Serial-numbered and signed off.

    Delivery & installation

Delivered protected and installed by our team or your contractor. We're on-call if anything needs adjusting.
